How do I return an item?

If you’d like to return an item, you can submit a return request through our online returns portal. Simply enter the details of your order and follow the steps to request your return. You’ll then receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Items must meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy to be eligible for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and processed your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional working days to show the refund in your account.

How much is delivery?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping option selected.

You’ll always be able to see the delivery cost before completing your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order can take 1–3 working days to process, followed by a further 1–3 working days for delivery, depending on the shipping method selected.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your delivery details and tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

We’re sorry if something isn’t right with your order.

Please contact us with your order number and, if possible, a photo showing the issue. We’ll get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.

How do I know what size to order?

You can find our size guide on each product page. We recommend checking the measurements before ordering and if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

How do the T-shirts fit?

Our shirts are designed with a unisex, relaxed everyday fit. They’re made from a soft, lightweight performance fabric with a smooth sportswear feel, making them comfortable for everyday wear, match days and warmer weather.

How do I care for my Stadia° T-Shirt

To keep your shirt looking its best, wash at 30°. We also recommend washing it inside out, and avoid ironing directly over any printed artwork.
