Refund policy

We hope you love your STADIA order but if something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day returns policy, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with any original tags or packaging intact.

Trying an item on for size is absolutely fine.

To start a return, please use our online returns service. Please do not send items back without first submitting a return request.

RETURN POSTAGE

For change-of-mind returns, including where an item is the wrong size, the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Where appropriate, we will cover return postage costs.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? You can submit a return request and select the appropriate reason.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If we’re unable to offer the replacement you need, we’ll refund the returned item so you can place a new order.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
